Role Overview

The Instructor plays a critical role in shaping the learning experience and transforming trainees into industry-ready professionals.

 

This role goes beyond content delivery — it is about facilitating understanding, driving engagement, and ensuring that every trainee achieves the intended learning outcomes.

 

The Instructor is responsible for delivering training sessions aligned with the approved curriculum, instructional benchmarks, and L&D standards, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and consistency across all batches.

What You’ll Do

1. Deliver Impactful Training
 

  • Deliver sessions aligned with the approved curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional benchmarks.

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, simplified explanations.

  • Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.

  • Use real-life examples and business scenarios to enhance understanding.

  • Manage session flow and timing effectively.

2. Drive Learner Engagement
 

  • Encourage participation through discussions, questions, and activities.

  • Adapt communication style based on trainee backgrounds.

  • Create a safe and motivating learning environment.

  • Continuously assess trainee understanding during sessions.

3. Ensure Learning Outcome Achievement
 

  • Guide trainees to achieve the defined course objectives.

  • Reinforce business process understanding and practical application.

  • Support trainees in building structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

4. Prepare & Align Before Delivery
 

  • Review all materials (PPTs, handouts, exercises) prior to sessions.

  • Tailor explanations where needed while staying within course scope.

  • Align delivery with the Instructional Benchmark (Course ID).

  • Ensure readiness of examples, use cases, and explanations

5. Assess & Support Trainees
 

  • Conduct assessments, activities, and knowledge checks when required.

  • Provide constructive and timely feedback.

  • Identify trainees who need additional support and guide them accordingly.

6. Follow Training Governance
 

  • Adhere to L&D delivery standards and institutional guidelines.

  • Follow session schedules and delivery structure.

  • Submit required reports (attendance, feedback, progress updates).

  • Coordinate with Program Coordinator for any delivery challenges.

7. Contribute to Continuous Improvement
 

  • Provide feedback on course materials and structure.

  • Suggest improvements based on training experience.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and relevant subject knowledge.

What You Bring

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in training delivery, consulting, or relevant industry domain.

  • Experience in ERP / SAP or business process environments is a strong advantage.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Quality of training delivery

  • Trainee feedback and satisfaction

  • Compliance with L&D standards

  • Timely reporting and coordination

To ensure consistency and quality:

  • Focus on conceptual understanding before technical depth

  • Avoid unnecessary complexity or off-scope topics

  • Deliver content aligned with the defined knowledge depth

  • Maintain a structured and learner-centered approach

  • Ensure alignment with Course ID and instructional benchmarks
